PROCEDURE DETAILS

Hair injections are performed in office and take approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on how many areas are treated. If required and injected directly into the base of the hair follicles, in the specific areas of the scalp that most need it. This process will be repeated in multiple sessions as needed, depending on the patient. It’s important to note that the effectiveness of these treatments can vary from person to person, and results may not be guaranteed. The choice of treatment should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist who can assess your specific condition and recommend the most suitable approach. Additionally, the safety and regulation of these procedures can vary by region, so it’s essential to seek treatment from reputable providers.

RECOVERY & POST OPERATION

– You should be able to return to work immediately after hair injections.
– Mild pain should be tolerated with over-the-counter medication. Avoid aspirin, Advil, Motrin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, and other anti-inflammatory medications as this may interfere with your results. If you experience any severe pain, contact us right away.
– Increase your water intake before and after the procedure.
– You may experience some mild bruising and swelling at the injection sites.
– Avoid using hair products for at least 6 hours after the procedure.
– You are encouraged take a hot shower and wash your hair the evening after the procedure, to promote the effects of injection.
You can color your hair up to one week before and one week after the procedure.
– For at least one week before and after, avoid alcohol and smoking.
– Avoid saunas, steam rooms, swimming for 2 days after your treatment.
